To Submit a sample

1.  Complete the following web form accurately.  Be sure and note the sample ID

2.  Include all atoms in the unit cell (ions, solvents) in the formula!  Each element can only be in the formula once.  Make sure all elements are included and the element/numbers are separated by commas.

3.  If the research director is not in the list,  please contact the lab at 44572 before completing the form.

4.  You must enter something in the solvents.  None or Unknown can be used as appropriate.

5.  Bring the sample with a proper label to the X-ray Lab WTHR 234.  

6.  There will be a printed copy of the form in the  X-ray Lab when you bring the sample.  Please complete by drawing or attaching the expected structure and signing the printed form.

7. If you are a Commercal do not use the three account's boxes but complete the billing address.  Other users must complete these.  If you have no account simply enter all zeros.

8.  If you have several different samples of the same compound for one form the enter the other possible names under other Id's. Only one structure will be run for each form!
